Dr. Erpelding is one of the few urologists in the state offering a comprehensive range of reconstructive surgeries, including urethroplasty, robotic pyeloplasty, robotic ureteral reimplants, and buccal augmented ureteral repairs.
Bladder Cancer
Dr. Erpelding offers a full spectrum of surgical and non-surgical care for bladder cancer management. He utilizes TURBT (transurethral resection of bladder tumor), urine cytology, and intravesical therapy for diagnosis and treatment. He also has experience in treating upper tract malignancy of the kidney with Robotic Nephroureterectomy.
Kidney Cancer
Dr. Erpelding utilizes a full spectrum of care, including active surveillance, cryoablation of renal masses, renal mass biopsy, and both robotic radical and partial nephrectomy. Dr. Erpelding’s experience in robotic surgery allows him to offer precise, minimally invasive treatments tailored to each patient’s needs.
Prosthetic Urology
Dr. Erpelding has advanced training and years of experience with the use of prosthetics to treat conditions such as erectile dysfunction and incontinence. This includes the placement of penile implants and artificial urinary sphincters, offering patients effective solutions for improving quality of life.
